| The bag is fat and the pellets are soft - what's wrong? |

The bag has got wet and the pellets have absorbed some moisture. You can still burn the whole pellets but they may not produce as much heat as usuall. Store your pellet fuel in a dry place. |

| Can I mix different brands of fuel in the hopper? |

Yes - there should be no problem using different brands of wood pellet fuel at the same time. |

| What should I do if my stove is smoking? |

If smoke is entering the building then shut the appliance off immediately and ventilate the building. Have the appliance serviced by a qualified technician. If excess smoke is coming out the chimney only, then stove probably just needs adjusted or cleaned - follow the owners manual for further instructions. |
